- Visiting and using the website at Nauticaroger.com.
- Submitting forms, downloading resources or subscribing to updates.
- Registering for, paying for or participating in our programs.

Additional or specific terms may apply to certain programs, workshops or advisory engagements. In case of conflict, those specific terms will prevail over this general document.
2. Acceptance and updates
By using our website or registering for a program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or best practices. When we make significant changes, we will adjust the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the website or by email.
Continued use of the website or participation in our programs after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new version.
3. Eligibility
Our programs and content are designed for adults in a professional context. By using our website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- If you join on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to do so.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel participation if these criteria are not met or if there are other legitimate reasons to do so (for example, capacity limits or conflicting interests).
4. Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use our website and materials in a responsible way and not to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ information.
- Introduce malware, harmful code or perform attacks such as denial-of-service or similar activities.
- Copy, scrape or systematically harvest large portions of the website or content without our written consent.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we detect or reasonably suspect misuse, security risks or violations of these Terms.
5. Programs and registration
Nauticaroger Finance Academy offers various learning formats, including:
- Open cohort programs for individual leaders.
- Tailored programs for executive teams or groups within a company.
- In-company academies and workshops.
- Advisory sessions connected to the learning experience, where agreed separately.
Program descriptions, schedules and capacity are published on our website or shared directly with you. Your registration is considered confirmed once we have accepted your application and, where applicable, received payment or a purchase order.
We reserve the right to decline registrations, change dates or adjust formats, for example when the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases we will propose alternatives or refunds, as described in the relevant program information.
6. Fees, invoicing and payment
Program fees and payment terms are communicated on the Pricing page, in program descriptions or in specific proposals and agreements. Unless stated otherwise:
- Fees are quoted in euros (EUR) and exclusive of VAT.
- Invoices are payable within the indicated payment term from the invoice date.
- Payment instructions and bank details are included in the invoice or agreement.
We may suspend participation or access to materials if invoices remain unpaid after reminders. In case of late payment, we may apply reasonable interest or recovery costs in line with applicable Italian and EU regulations.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling rules depend on the program type and will be explained in the specific offer or program description. As a general principle:
- For open cohort programs, we usually apply a deadline before which you can cancel or transfer your seat without additional cost.
- For in-company programs, changes are managed jointly with your organisation, taking into account preparation work already performed.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and propose alternatives or a refund of fees already paid for the affected elements.
Any specific cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated in writing (for example in a proposal or contract) take precedence over this general summary.
8. Learning content and intellectual property
All learning materials, templates, slide decks, exercises, recordings and other content provided by Nauticaroger Finance Academy are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, unless stated otherwise.
Unless we grant explicit written permission, you may:

13. Third-party tools and links
Our website and programs may include links to third-party websites, tools or platforms (for example video conferencing or collaboration tools). These are provided for convenience and do not mean that we endorse their content or policies.
