Choose a format that fits how your leaders actually learn.
Some founders prefer to explore financial analysis on their own. Others want their whole leadership team in the same room. This page outlines the main formats and typical price ranges we use with entrepreneurs and executives in Italy and across Europe.
All formats combine structured learning with real numbers from your business. Fees reflect the level of customisation, team size and the amount of direct work with our facilitators.
- Transparent ranges so you can plan your budget early.
- Options for individual leaders, executive teams and in-company academies.
- Italian and English delivery available for most formats.
Quick overview

Main formats and typical ranges
All formats are built around the same idea: fewer formulas, more decisions. The difference lies in the depth of tailoring, the number of leaders involved and how much we integrate your own financial data into the sessions.
Individual leader track
For founders and executives who want to strengthen their financial thinking without enrolling their whole team.
- 6–8 online sessions in a small group.
- Practical exercises based on your business model.
- Peer discussions with leaders from other sectors.
Typical fee: €1,800 – €2,400 + VAT per person.
Best when you want to “test” the academy before rolling it out to your wider team.
Leadership team cohort
A dedicated cohort for your executive or country leadership team, focused on shared decisions and common dashboards.
- 6–10 leaders from the same organisation.
- Custom examples using your financial data.
- One strategy session to align next steps.
Typical fee: €7,500 – €12,000 + VAT per team.
Ideal when you want your leadership conversations about money to be calmer, clearer and better aligned.
In-company academy
Multi-cohort academy for larger organisations that want a consistent financial language across departments or countries.
- Tailored curriculum for your context.
- Multiple cohorts per year across locations.
- Optional integration with your internal tools.
Typical fee: from €18,000 + VAT per cohort.
Suitable for scale-ups or established groups building a shared “finance literacy” for managers.

What your investment includes
Whether you join as an individual or with your whole team, academy fees are structured around three pillars: preparation, live work and follow-up.
- Preparation and design – review of your context, intake conversations, selection of examples and scenarios that match your industry.
- Live sessions – interactive workshops where the focus is on decisions, not slides. Leaders work with their own numbers as early as possible.
- Tools and templates – simple models, checklists and dashboards you can adapt for your monthly reviews.
- Follow-up – a feedback loop to see what actually changed in your meetings and what needs more support.
Travel and venue costs for onsite sessions, if any, are usually invoiced separately or handled directly by your organisation.
How VAT and invoicing work
Fees are quoted in euros (EUR) and typically exclude VAT. Depending on your location and legal form, Italian or cross-border VAT rules may apply.
Invoices are issued to your company or as agreed during registration. Payment terms and bank details are clearly indicated on each invoice or proposal.
Which format is right for you?
If you are not sure where to start, think about the decisions you want to prepare for in the next 12–18 months and who needs to be in the room when they are made.
- Choose the individual track if you want to personally gain confidence before inviting others.
- Choose a leadership cohort if your biggest bottleneck is how your team talks about numbers together.
- Choose an in-company academy if many managers need the same foundation in a structured, scalable way.
During an initial call we can challenge your assumptions, suggest a format and adjust scope so that the investment matches the decisions at stake.
Request a tailored quote
Share a few details about your company, team size and the questions you want to address. We will respond with a concrete proposal or suggest alternatives if the academy is not the right fit.
